Yesterday was a level check day. I had a great nurse to do this (last time wasn't so awesome and about 6 pokes). I barely felt the needle this time...even though the nurse had to 'dig' to get the vein. We chatted it up, she loved my Summer Tippy and took a business card.
My ferritin levels came back pretty good, but I still booked an appointment to donate some blood on October 1st. It's in you to give lovely so do it, do it, do it! The West Coast has also been receiving some gorgeous weather lately, so Remi and I have been rocking out in the sunshine!

My new Hematologist won't let me give blood until my ferritin reaches 200 again. lame. I have a ferritin check coming up, but I'm not looking forward to it because they have been screwing up my medical bills. When is it ever easy? Kinda jealous of you healthcare system.
