I am sitting here drinking coconut water thinking of some very special friends who are currently laying on a white sand beach...soaking up the sunshine...sipping on gin & juice. I am beyond jealous! But, for now this coconut water will be sufficient.
My last few days have been filled with pure, full-on wedding plans. Actually, scratch that its more like this past week and half has been wedding plans! Things are all starting to come down to the crunch and my biggest stress right now is FLOWERS! I believed that I could do the bouquets without the help of a florist (nor the crazy cost), but I am now starting to freak and think that I can't do it myself. I caved and phoned a florist today...just my luck they are 'fully booked'. Terrific.....
So tomorrow I am going to pull up my big girl panties (which, I swear I lost for a while there) and go order flowers for my wedding day and stick with my plan of 'making my own bouquets'. Lord help me! I do not want this to be me on my wedding day:

On a lighter note of doing things myself for the wedding, I did a trail cake today and it turned out awesome! It tasted even better.
